Terms of Service

Welcome to DuckTrail™! By using DuckTrail, you agree to play kindly, respect all community members, and share nest discoveries responsibly. Please keep your adventures safe and fun for everyone.

Submitting nests and content is a special part of DuckTrail. Only submit real, family-friendly locations that are safe and welcoming. DuckTrail reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, modify, reject, or remove any nest submission based on safety, legal, or policy considerations, including locations that are within designated restricted zones or otherwise pose safety concerns. Users acknowledge and agree that certain areas may be deemed ineligible for participation, and DuckTrail’s decisions regarding restricted locations are final.

All nests and submitted content will be reviewed before appearing on the map, and DuckTrail may edit or remove submissions to ensure safety and quality. Restricted locations are determined by DuckTrail based on internal safety guidelines, community reports, and review processes. Such locations may include, but are not limited to, areas near schools, daycares, private or restricted property, or other areas identified through community moderation or administrator review.

We expect everyone to contribute thoughtfully and positively. DuckTrail reserves the right to approve, modify, or remove content and to moderate any behavior that doesn’t follow our rules. By using DuckTrail, you agree to our limited liability and promise to follow our safety guidelines at all times. Let’s make DuckTrail a joyful, safe place for families and community members!

Safety and Moderation

DuckTrail is made for families, so we work together to keep it delightful. Whether you’re a parent, explorer, or a little duck obsessive, your reports and feedback help our team make DuckTrail a place where everyone can enjoy discovering and sharing together. Play safe and happy trails!

Everyone checking in on DuckTrail must log in—that’s the first step to fun and safety. It helps us keep the community playful and welcoming for all. Spot something odd or out of place? Our easy reporting tools let you flag any nest, photo, or comment, helping us make DuckTrail an even safer adventure for everyone.

At DuckTrail™, every nest, spot, and surprise goes through a careful review. By using DuckTrail, you acknowledge that some locations may be restricted and ineligible for nests due to safety, legal, or policy reasons. DuckTrail may reject or remove submissions in restricted areas without prior notice. We make sure new locations are safe, friendly, and never near places like schools or off-limits zones. Only approved nests show up on the map, so families can explore with peace of mind.
